At Ultimate Gaming Gears, we aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures and the costs associated with them. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Our standard shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typical delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days after your payment is processed. However, during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed on the next business day. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, but please allow for extra time during busy seasons or sales events.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. For international orders or expedited shipping, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout. You will be notified of any additional costs before confirming your purchase.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time but may expand this in the future. If we begin offering international shipping, the shipping cost, customs fees, and delivery times will be communicated at checkout.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure you provide a valid street address for delivery. If you enter an incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for delivery issues or delays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) using the tracking number provided. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@ultimategaminggears.com.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@ultimategaminggears.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that Ultimate Gaming Gears is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused by the carrier. If you received a damaged product, we will gladly assist with returns and replacements as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Shipping Address Errors
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ultimategaminggears.com, and we will do our best to update the shipping information before the order is processed.
